Everyone was really caring, and everyone was understanding and made me aware of all that I needed t know considering this was my first operation, because of the team I had no real worries at all. I was also very happy with the food. :)
Suggested improvements
If anything, I would say to decrease the time spent in A&E.

Jenny was brilliant at explaining the safeguarding circumstances that we found ourselves in with on young daughter. Jenny really took the time to reassure us and go through what we should expect to happen. We had felt really in the dark as had been given varying information, but Jenny was careful not to raise our hopes and delivered all the facts clearly. We felt so much better after talking to her and did not feel rushed through the questions we had. An absolute star.

Staff were very attentive and playful wth aivie which helped with his care.

Allow time for child to be less distressed in certain situations (but can understand things need to be done).
